In trading on Monday, the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (XOP) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 10.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Whiting Petroleum (WLL), up about 54.1% and shares of California Resources (CRC), up about 34.9% on the day.
