Minnesota hospitals 'literally full'; officials tell non-emergency cases to stay away from ERs

A surge in Covid-19 cases, coupled with a crush of demand for Covid-tests at emergency rooms, have strained health systems to the breaking point, the Minnesota Hospital Association said.
