Court says law limiting signs near Super Bowl events in downtown Phoenix violates free speech

A Maricopa County Superior Court judge said Phoenix unconstitutionally infringed on free speech rights with an ordinance that let the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee accept or reject signs around the “NFL Experience” zone downtown.
