On February 8, 2006, the management of Boots & Coots International Well Control, Inc. (the “Company”) delivered a slide presentation relating to the Company’s proposed acquisition of the hydraulic well control business of Oil States International, Inc. to a group of the Company’s shareholders using the presentation materials attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
