By letter dated July 24, 2009, the Company reported that in order to give emphasis to its corporate affairs, providing strength to its assets, the Company subsidiaries E-Commerce Latina S.A. and Tyrus S.A. have acquired shares and ADRs of Banco Hipotecario S.A., under private transactions for a total amount of Ps. 76,049,985.15 with effective settlement and payment date as of July 24, 2009.
