Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 4, 2013, Dawson Geophysical Company (the “Company”) announced that it has delayed its previously scheduled release of its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, the Company’s first quarter of fiscal 2013, until before the market opens on Friday, February 8, 2013. The investors’ conference call to review the first quarter results will be held on Friday, February 8, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
