TSMC Shareholders Approve NT$6 Cash Dividend

Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. – June 7, 2016 –TSMC (NYSE: TSM) today held its 2016 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, which passed the following major resolutions:

 

1. Approved amendments to TSMC’s Articles of Incorporation.

 

2. Acknowledged the 2015 Business Report and Financial Statements. Consolidated revenue for 2015 totaled NT$843.5 billion and net income was NT$306.57 billion with earnings per share of NT$11.82.

 

3. Approved the distribution of a NT$6 cash dividend per common share.
