Wiley Announces NYSE Ticker Symbol Change to WLY and WLYB

Company to mark 215 years of powering discovery and learning

Wiley, a global leader in scientific research and career-connected education, today announced it is changing its NYSE ticker symbols from “JW-A” and “JW-B” to “WLY” and “WLYB,” effective April 1, 2022.

“Marking Wiley's 215 years as a knowledge industry leader, and celebrating our continued growth and innovation, we are updating our stock ticker to better reflect today’s Wiley brand," said Brian Napack, President and CEO of Wiley. "Our mission is to unlock human potential, and we do this by enabling discovery through scientific research, powering career-connected education, and shaping workforces for employers.”

There is no action required by the Company’s current shareholders and the change in its ticker symbols will have no effect on its corporate structure or business. Wiley’s common stock will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and the CUSIP will remain unchanged.
